The user information described above is strictly confidential and available only to the webmaster of Specials at the Bar.

Establishment Information

The with respect to individual establishment information, the following data is collected and required in order for an establishment to be registered successfully:

• Name of the Establishment
• Address
• Phone Number

Addition information collected

• Establishment Description
• Daily and other Specials
• Hours of Operation

The establishment information collected above will be publically displayed on Specials at the Bar if:

• A user searches for an establishment and the establishment in question appears in the search results
• A user searches for and clicks on the establishments's link
• The establishment is the newest establishment registered in the database. The establishment's information will appear on the home page (http://www.speacialsatthebar.com)

The use of the registered establishment information is not the responsibility of Specials at the Bar. Those who register establishment and upload information pertaining to their establishments do so at their own risk with full knowledge that its information will be publically displayed
